I just recently made a purchase with beddingstyle. I was sent the wrong merchandise and because their customer service is non-existent, I am unable to get in touch with anyone and I cannot exchange the item they sent me for the one that I bought. I am extremely dissatisfied with how I have been treated. There is no way to get in touch with anyone and ensure that I will be contacted.I do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.

I ordered 4 throw pillows from Bedding Style. Only 2 pillows were delivered, yet I was charged for all 4. Customer service does not respond to emails and you are unable to actually speak to someone...literally, you have to leave a voicemail...and guess what?! No one will ever call you back. I absolutely do not recommend this company!!!

I purchased 4 throw pillows from bedding style. Only 2 of them arrived. I can't get a hold of anyone in customer service and they will not respond to my voicemails or emails. I absolutely do not recommend this company!!!

I was mis-shipped items and over-charged by $340 and cannot get a reply to emails or calls to get this resolved. I'll be working with the better business bureau at this point. DO NOT order from these people, the price seems right until you are overcharged!

IT'S A SCAM!!!! I tried to place an order and my credit card was declined. Called the credit card company and everything is fine. Called Bedding Style and they told me to keep trying. Well now I have FIVE charges pending of $200 each and have to wait until they go through to dispute them. No one will help me and I can not get a hold of any one in customer service. I guess the next step is the BBB!

I tried to place an order and it said my card declined so I tried it again and same thing. There is no customer service either! DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM HERE! SCAM

I found the customer service is non existent. I attempted to use my bank card when placing my order, www.beddingstyle web-site gave me an error, "card not valid contact your bank" so I used my AmEx. To my surprise not only was one charge processed through my bank, but three (3)! I can’t get this corrected so I am disputing it through my bank. I have canceled my order and caution anyone who orders from Bedding Style. If you have experienced the same problem report it to BBB. In good faith we as customers deserve customer service. I recommend www.overstocked.com great service! If you have ordered from www.beddingstyle.com and have been treated very poorly. The company is:

I ordered 2 throw pillows and have had the same thing happen to me. When confirming order and submitting it, the screen then displayed the "message card was declined" which was untrue and my account was debited for the amount of $79.98 I did not try ordering it again because I could not contact anyone. So I a disputing it with the bank and going to the BBB and I also going to continue to try to reach them at 1-864-573-2500 until someone gets this straightened out. I suggest that you never order from this website there a scam!

ONE BIG SCAM: Continuation to above blog 2/10: I placed an order 2/7 & used my bank card, I received an error message “card not authorized contact your bank” so I used my American Express. Three 3 charges showed up on my bank account. (My bank urged me to cancel my card, which I have). I could not get any response from beddingstyle UNTIL I reported them to the BBB. Charges were removed. Feb 10th I canceled my order & received confirmation of cancellation.
Feb 12th a charge came through on my AmEx from beddingstyle. (AmEx urged me to cancel my card, which I have). I reported them to consumer affairs www.scconsumer.gov
This has been the most time consuming, exasperating experience I have ever had!
